Aerial Yoga & Mindfulness for Kids and TeensChoose from our signature semester long series, Drop-in Fun Fly classes, Private Sessions or Summer & Winter Camp!Uplift the kid or teen in your world with a class that will take their mind and body to new heights! Classes for ages 5 yrs + and camps for ages 6 + focus on a designated theme that integrates mind/body well-being and social emotional learning into our aerial yoga lessons. Class curriculum is especially beneficial for students that want to learn more about yoga or mindfulness, improve attention, strengthen motor coordination, improve sensory processing and stress-management and most importantly, have FUN! Our specially designed group classes utilize current evidence-based techniques and is designed by founder and occupational therapist, and yoga therapist, Lindsey Lieneck, MS, OTR/L, C-IAYT, RYT.

Aerial Yoga & Mindfulness for Juniors/Seniors in High School and the college age group:Confidence & Calm SeriesCalling all high school juniors/seniors, young adults and/or college students! This is a class offered at a minimum price (just $5/class! Wow!) as a service to our young adults in the community. This Saturday series is a mix of fun, learning something new and relaxation using the hammock as a prop. Taught by Madison Morris, RYT, students in this session are between their Junior Year in high school and 22 years old. These 1 hour classes will support the mind and body through aerial yoga poses, mindfulness techniques and a guided relaxation for more joy and ease in the lives of today's young adults!
