Aerial Yoga & Mindfulness for Kids and Teens
Choose from Weekly Classes, Private Sessions or Summer Camp!
Classes for ages 4 yrs + and camps for ages 6 + focus on a designated theme that integrates mind/body well-being and social emotional learning into our aerial yoga lessons. Class curriculum is especially beneficial for students that want to improve attention, motor coordination, sensory processing or stress-management. Our specially designed therapeutic group classes utilize current evidence-based techniques and is designed by founder and occupational therapist, and yoga teacher, Lindsey Lieneck, MS, OTR, RYT.

Aerial yoga and mindfulness for college students and young adults.
Calling all young adults and/or college students! This is a Saturday series for adulting newbies and college students in today's world! Taught by Madison Morris, students in this session are between the ages of 18-24. These 1 hour classes will support your mind and body through aerial yoga poses, mindfulness techniques and a growth mindset for learning life with more ease and confidence!
